It has been a wonderful journey of over 3 months with Harsh. I met Harsh on a Reddit thread, where a group of Redditors were discussing a topic related to diabetes reversal. The conversation was getting interesting, and although I initially thought it wasn't relevant to me, I decided to get in touch to understand more about what Harsh does and what he has to offer.

The concept of reversing diabetes was quite interesting, more interesting was knowing that someone providing guidance and support on reversing prediabetes and leading a holistic lifestyle. Although I considered myself a relatively healthy person, I was curious to learn more and share this program with someone who is prediabetic. Also, as it was also the beginning of 2025, I was enthusiastic about fitness and enrolled for the program. I signed up with Harsh for his longest program, knowing I do best with gradual, steady changes.

My blood evaluation results surprisingly showed that I had just crossed the line from normal to prediabetic, further my cholesterol levels too were higher. It was quite surprising but not too shocking either, given the sedentary lifestyle and unrestricted eating habits I had loved and lived over the last decade in the corporate world.

Harsh guided and implemented slow and steady changes in my lifestyle, which was fun too. Starting with good eating habits, gradually adjusting my diet, and encouraging exercises suitable for me. This slow progress led to a great motivational boost, over the next 6 weeks, I was super enthusiastic about exercise but had a small injury. I was forced to pause high-intensity exercise but kept up with the diet and lifestyle changes which we had developed so far.

Through this program, I realized that we also need guidance and encouragement in addition to all knowledge we possess. Although we don't lack information in the current times, a coach can determine the changes specifically needed for our body. At the end of the course, my prediabetic condition returned to normal levels, my vitamin deficiencies improved, and my cholesterol also improved, further I lost 5% weight too.
I am thankful to Harsh not only for the results but for his patience, confidence and hard work he put in me. I have also gained vast amount of knowledge that I can carry with me for a lifetime, and I know that this knowledge will only grow and compound in the days to come. It's as if many years have been added to my life now. I am happy with my new body and renewed strength, I only wish I had known Harsh earlier.
