
ABOUT ME
I'm Harsh, and I understand the struggle of battling prediabetes firsthand.
A few years ago, I faced a daunting reality: over 20 kg (44 lbs) overweight, a BMI of 30, and an HbA1c level of 5.8%.
That was my first experience of understanding the term 'Prediabetes'.
I was lost.
I feared the inevitable - type 2 diabetes.
One day, I gave up the excuses and stopped making it complicated.
I followed my body signals for hunger and accidentally came across intermittent fasting. Alongside fasting, I engaged in simple home workouts like push ups, pull ups and climbing stairs.
Kept at it for about 9 months, and voila: dropped all those 20 kgs and my HbA1c level reduced to 4.6%.
More importantly, I rediscovered my confidence and purpose.
Today, I'm committed to guiding those with Prediabetes through a transformative journey to reverse the condition, achieve sustainable weight loss, and build a life of vitality.
